Silver the Hedgehog, the Ultimate Lucky Student, has been accepted into a school called Hopes Peak Academy, one of the most posh schools in all of Japan. But that hope suddenly dies when he and 19 other students, ranging from the Ultimate Painter to the Ultimate Rockstar, find themselves imprisoned in the school. The headmaster, a cute but murderous bear named Monokuma, pits the students against each other, promising freedom to anyone who can murder a fellow classmate and get away with it. It's up to Silver and the others to stop this despair, defeat Monokuma, and escape the school. Will they be able to, or will they be forced to be imprisoned in this school forever?!

Silver the Hedgehog, a former members of a resistance known as the Hearthope Foundation, has now found himself on the streets, desperate to survive. While running away from Junko Enoshima's army, he bumps into Yasuhiro Hagakure, a member a resistance known as the Future Foundation. Now finding himself and a recently survived Ruvyzvat as members of the Future Foundation, everyone will start a new journey: A journey to hope!

Ruv and Silver are warmly welcomed to the Future Foundation by everyone, but what will happen when the former Ultimate Affluent Prodigy starts to feel attacked by this?

After Junko's plan to have Rough, Tumble, and Mukuro kidnap Makoto succeeds, Byakuya, Komaru, Ruv, and Silver go out to save him! How will they handle this triple trouble trio?

The Future Foundation finally decides to track down Toko Fukawa and get her back into the Future Foundation. Meanwhile, Junko plans to try and kidnap another member of the Future Foundation.
