The Autobots find an energon mine, however, so do the Decepticons. Due to an attack from the Decepticons' warship, the Ground Bridge overloads, enabling Rachet to bridge Team Prime back to base. And, to complicate things more, the kids, Jack Darby, Rafael Esquivel, and Mako Nakadai have come with the Autobots. Now damaged from the ambush, Optimus Prime, leader of the Autobots, must get himself and the kids back to base safely. Along the way, he ends up strengthening the bond with the children in different ways he expected as they learn more about himself. But of course, the Decepticons are on the lookout for Prime and his charges...

Zelda, the governor's daughter, is an aspiring author who can only write in coffee shops. Forced by her father to move away from Central, and her beloved coffee shop, she must find a replacement. She finds this in "Hyrule Coffee," owned by a kind young man her own age. When he proposes a deal to her, how will it change both of their lives? Story is the fluffiest I've ever written, but it also has much deeper subjects. It changes drastically near the end. Zelda and Link meet at school before a test. Link is severely sleep-deprived, and Zelda's friend is out sick. While usually an introvert, Link's tired brain seizes the opportunity to sit next to the girl he's noticed since school began. Completed, but not 'wrapped up' just a cute fluffy ending. In this fantasy AU, Zelda is an alchemist hunter. She finds and harvests magical ingredients. (Think... catching a frog in botw, and her fascination with ingredients and their effects.) She also has light magic. Link is a new apprentice to a witch in a nearby village. (He's sort of a mix of Twilight Princess Link, and my own blend of Wild.) First person PoV, Zelda's perspective.
