An unidentified amount of time after Gumball Watterson encouraged Penny Fitzgerald to break out of her shell and be herself, a new threat has emerged from the world of infinite static with the intention of capturing the one fairy who exposed herself to the world. This sends the two of them on the run from not only Rob, but a new enemy like none the town has ever seen before (even by Elmore's standards). With the entirety of Elmore, and possibly the world, at stake, the two lovebirds are indirectly sent on a journey both physically and emotionally. Gumball is now introduced to the darker side of the fairy's emotions and her feelings about herself and her powers. This long series consists of 25 episodes and 5 bonus episodes for crossovers, inspired from Cartoon Network's The Amazing World Of Gumball show (and it is still one of my best childhood shows of my life). In this story, it follows similar traits and themes from the show. With slapstick humor, emotional, random narratives and story ideas (makes the fans laugh at such a jerky pun or joke) to dark, spooky, mysterious moments.
