Is a compilation of acrostic poems that mean something or possibly everything or maybe nothing? You have helped me discover more about myself, you've helped me remember how to smile, to find the good in all situations, and have challenged me to become the best version of myself so far. You have made me laugh until I cry, sing at the top of my lungs, destroy my suffocating comfort zone, and have given me a lifetime of memories. "You" is the year 2017, so many things have happened that have transformed me in so many ways.

Loneliness and anxiety is a vice on the heart, squeezing with just enough pressure to be a constant pain. It can kill every day just a little bit more, taking what was once inner light and replacing it with a darkness that overshadows each moment. It is the fuel of my nightmares, a reason to struggle to breathe.

At best, happiness is a fleeting emotion: a sensation to be enjoyed while it is here, however, short the visit. Sadness, happiness' ugly twin, has the same fleeting visiting pattern. When sadness visits, we have to endure it despite wanting to be rid of it. Picture ctto.
