He's in his third year of teaching when one of his former student's friend, now a third year in UA, moves in next door as his new neighbor. They get along quite well, better than he expected, and start to be around one another more, even if just by coincidence. Though, it seems unwanted feelings begin to arise when they open up to each other. Short chapters, don't expect too many updates. Mostly written for fun, which is why a lot of stupid shit happens!

Y/n has a luck quirk, she is a very lucky girl to be around, but she herself can't seem to find any. Y/n also just can't get lucky in the remembering stage of it. She tries her hardest to remember directions, but it only ends up with her getting a head ache. (She also has her fathers levitation quirk, she gets her luck quirk from her mothers side of the family.) Will she survive? Find out for yourself!
