A teenage girl from Kansas spends the entire summer in her hometown Tulsa, Oklahoma visiting her cousin Steve Randle. She lays eyes on Tulsas bad boy and local criminal, Dallas Winston. At first, The two don't really get along. But eventually Dally goes soft for her and they end up together.

When a girl moves to a new town and everyone stays back, she feels alone. No one will talk to her. No one. But when she's saved but none other than Ponyboy Curtis, she might make a friend or two or seven. Then her life falls apart right in front of her.

This is a collection of stories about the Greasers when Dally's sister, Tara, comes to live with him from New York. He treats her just like Darry treats Ponyboy in the book, but he really loves her, as much as he loves Johnny. (Not all stories are in order or related) (I should probably give credit to S.E. Hinton for all the characters except for Tara, and I would also like to give S.E. Hinton credit for inspiring me to become a writer.)
