Izuku being found Quirkless Changed Everything for him. His Parents forget and Neglected Him while his Sister and Friends Turned there back on him and Beat him everyday. Yet the day he thinks he will greet death he's saved by Overwatch and there Izuku finally felt like something important.

"Perfectly balanced, as all things should be." Maybe balance isn't whats meant to be, maybe... the world is destined to remain chaotic, and in need of constant protection. Maybe its made to be a failed society, so that villains and heroes can be kept in the story.
