A future that was bright indeed, filled with lightning and fire, and a great war raging not even a few generations later. With no mutual enemies, conflict stirred between the seven kingdoms, a few tiny mistakes leading to catastrophe. The once peaceful realm turned upside down in a violent fit of rage. Sabre the leader of the code jumpers, finds old ruined books of the past. It's his job to translate these books in secret at the same time fighting to protect the Steves. What secrets are hidden in these old languages and how will the young leader react to what the past has to offer. The past has tales long forgotten, by all those who live. With legends of old, all to guide those who live in the future. As the struggle of the steves slowly leaks into the struggle of the Code Jumpers.

Various AUs I have, either explaining the AU or a story snippet of an AU. Most of it is story snippits. Some incorrect quotes are also thrown in. There is not set update schedule, so it's going to be random..

It's a race against time (not the Steve) as a new enemy appears that is neither Human, Player or Steve. The Chromatic Steves have to find out how to stop this new enemy like their ancestors did long ago. Meanwhile, Sabre is trying to hide the fact that no matter how much sleep he's been getting, he has been feeling drained as of late. He just had to continue on until this slump passes, that's all. Of course, with all his friends constantly checking in on him, and the fact he lives with Time, it might be easier said than done. - In an attempt to win against the Chromatic Steves and Sabre, Void unleashes a being that is not Human, Player, or Steve. A parasitic creature that chooses a person to slowly leach energy from until their demise. Now free from its confines and with a new partner to spread the darkness around, it finds a source of energy to leach from. The odd one out in a world full of Steves. - Lucas just wanted a normal life. That plan was flipped on his head as several things start to go wrong. First Sabre, his best friend, goes missing and doesn't come back. Then it's discovered that Players are being reborn once more and Lucas was one of the lucky few. Of course that would mean something if he didn't go into the woods and was somehow brought to a new world. What the hell are Steves, this so called Darkness, and why do some of them keep saying something about 'another human'? How do they know Sabre's name?!

To the steves and his friends, Sabre is just an ordinary player. He first appeared in the Steve Saga, but after certain events had to leave, and then appeared in Rainbow Quest. He's happy where he is, with his friends, but also afraid. Afraid they'll learn his secret, and cast him out for something he didn't choose. But when an entity so powerful they seem immortal appears, Sabre has to choose between revealing his secret to his friends, or putting everyone he loves in danger... This is my first fanfic, so any advice for how to improve is welcome, and I hope you enjoy!

Sabre is being chased by Illusion Steve. His friends are under his control again or captured. He has no hope left. No way to win. Sabre has to think harder to figure out how to fix his problem... . . . He also must keep his identity a secret and the longer he stays in this world the harder it will be to keep it. Right now all he can hope he can live for another day to save everyone for once and for all.
