Leah is used to being wanted, but she doesn't do relationships. As a professional footballer for Arsenal, she keeps things simple: train, win and don't get distracted by girlfriends. Girls come and go, and she prefers it that way. Addison, on the other hand, has never even had a girlfriend. She's sweet, chatty, hopelessly bad at flirting and even worse at lying. Which becomes a problem that she doesn't know how to take back when blurting out she has a girlfriend. Enter: Leah. When her temporary housemate becomes the solution, the agreement is simple. Pretend to date, meet parents. Smile for photos and when it's convenient end it. However, living together suddenly comes with rules, boundaries and one very important condition: Don't fall for each other. It should've been easy. Except Leah is impossibly charming, addicted to flirting, and has a habit of looking at Addison like she's already hers. And Addison, despite promising herself she wouldn't, starts falling for the woman who somehow brought family into her life. As fake kisses become real, late-night cuddles become routine, and "temporary" quietly feels more like "forever," they build something neither of them ever expected. But love isn't always enough. When old insecurities, jealousy, and the weight of each other's past begin to crack the foundation of everything they've built, the question stops being, how did they fall in love? And rather it becomes... Can two people who are perfect together survive the parts of themselves they can't seem to change? © All rights reserved.

Elowen Roux is twenty four, confident, stubborn, and convinced she knows exactly who she is. For four years, she has played beside Leah Williamson for both Arsenal and England. Four years of shared changing rooms, away buses, late night texts, inside jokes, stolen hoodies, and the kind of friendship that made everyone around them raise an eyebrow. But Elowen always laughed it off. She was straight. Leah was her best friend. That was all it had ever been. At least, that was what she kept telling herself. When England camp begins and a room mix up leaves Elowen and Leah sharing one hotel room with only one bed, everything they have spent years ignoring starts to feel impossible to hide. Leah is careful, controlled, and determined not to cross a line. Elowen is confused by the way her heart reacts every time Leah pulls away. Because sleeping beside your best friend should feel normal. Missing her touch should not. And when the lights go out, the truth becomes harder to avoid. Elowen swore she was straight. Until Leah stopped feeling like just a friend.

Fresh from captaining England to their historic Euros victory, Leah Williamson should be revelling in the moment. The parades, the interviews, the celebration at Buckingham Palace-she's the face of a nation's triumph, the captain whose name is on everyone's lips. Ashley West has no intention of being there. A rising star on the West End stage, she's been dragged to the Palace celebrations by her best friend Emma, reluctantly swapping rehearsals and quiet evenings for a world of roaring football fans and champagne flutes. She plans to stay at the edges, unseen, until the night is over. Then, by sheer chance, Leah nearly collides with her outside the Palace gates. A tangle of apologies, a shared laugh, and a glance that lingers far too long for two strangers. Leah is captivated-by Ashley's warmth, by her refusal to be dazzled by fame, by the way she feels like a breath of calm in a night full of chaos. As Leah's world hurtles forward in a whirlwind of media demands and Ashley's in the unforgiving spotlight of the stage, they find themselves meeting in the spaces between-late-night conversations, stolen coffees, quiet corners where the rest of the world can't reach them. But with their lives pulling them in opposite directions, can a footballer bound by the pitch and a performer bound by the stage find a way to write a love story that lasts beyond the final whistle?

Spencer Atherton was everything Leah Williamson was not. Where Leah was sportsmanship, Spencer was a walking flag of unsportsmanlike conduct and disrespect. Where Leah was hard work and sacrifice, Spencer was laziness and corner cutting. Where Leah was a team player, Spencer was out for number one... A match made in hell, paved with a road of bad intentions. (A good old-fashioned enemies to lovers: Leah X OC)
