Cynthia Mills is a small streamer from Oregon. She had a small fanbase of 50-60 people for the longest time, and she hadn't minded. She became great friends with a boy names Ranboo in the early days of August 2020. They talked often despite their mutual lack of social interaction. Cynthia was alone in her house for a long time. Her father-Derrick-worked in the military, meaning he hadn't been home in almost four years. Her mom's job hours were always undetermined and chaotic.
