It's been two years since the live execution and murder of the Hero student Izuku Midoriya. He was captured near the end of 1st year and was tortured on live television until finally dying. He was still a hero to the end foiling the League's plan to make him renounce heroes but instead gave them even more hope leading to their capture. 10 years later the former friends of Izuku have to solve a string of murders that a known international menace.
