Travis and Anna had been best friends since they were little, until college threw them onto twisting paths in life. Suddenly they've both graduated med school and somehow ended up being transferred to the same hospital. With Travis as a Paramedic/Er doctor and Anna as a general nurse, their paths collide again in the halls of this hospital, along with two new friends, Izzy and Ollie.
