However four selective people choosing by a gaming company call "Genm Corporation" belts call Game Drivers which not only allow them to transform into Kamen riders with gashats but they are allow to enter the Game World. One of these people is name Y/n L/n, a pro gamer who is choosing by the company to be Kamen rider Ex-Aid and this sets him on a path of being a hero to both the human world and the Game world as he battle evil threats, make friends and try to discover the origins of the Bugsters.
