Lucky for Daniel, he isn't alone. The girl who lives next door, Marie Johnson, takes a certain liking to the dorky LaRusso boy. One thing that makes it worse for the both of them is Marie's previous relationship with Johnny Lawrence, the head student of the Cobra Kai's. The night of the Halloween dance, however, Daniel's attempt to get revenge on Johnny results in both him and Marie getting jumped. Luckily for both of them, the maintenance man, Mr Miyagi, comes to the rescue with a little help from Marie. With the threat of getting his ass constantly kick, Daniel asks Mr Miyagi for help to learn Karate. And with only a few months before the All Valley Karate Tournament, Daniel could use all the help he can get. The relationship between Marie and Daniel grows strong, but will it be able to withstand the overwhelming stress of Johnny, the Cobra Kai's and drama? Read to find out! But after Mr Miyagi receives a letter from his home, Okinawa, Marie and Daniel are pulled along for the ride. With new friends and new enemies, Marie and Daniel finally realize that the one constant thing in their lives are each other. (It's cheesy, I know.)

Basically this is like the original movie except this character named Mia is in it & Ali doesn't exist...yet.
