Kyle and Stan used to be friends, until Stan left Kyle when he needed him the most, when he was in the hospital for his 12th birthday. They had a huge argument, Kyle was in the hospital because he was having heart complications and it was getting terrible. Stan blamed it on him for not taking his medication like he told him to. They went on and off until Stan thought it was enough, he left Kyle there and from that point they never talked to eachother. Stan now realizes how fucked up he was then and tries to friend Kyle again, but it takes a whole lot of time for Kyle's forgiveness...

Stan feels like his relationship isn't working and like he can't talk to his friends about it anymore. He doesn't know how to feel about his current love life, and a lot is changing for him. Kyle feels like he's loosing everyone and everything. And him developing feelings for a close best friend of his, isn't helping him. Kenny feels like nobody trusts him or wants to open up to him. He also feels annoyed at Kyle for being so overprotective and overbearing with Stan, making it harder for him open up.
