Oscar Drake once again follows the trail of Sir Francis Drake to find the lost city in Arabia known as the "Atlantis of the Sands" and find out why Drake kept his discovery a secret for centuries. However, this determination of his to find it causes his friends to question his motivations and leads him to decide what really matters to him.
