What happens to people that don't have quirks in a world full of quirks? What happens to the world when one quirkless person finally snaps? Well... chaos happens because that quirkless person wasn't just any normal quirkless person. No, he was a genius and had intelligence that would make Nezu shiver in fear. Using his intelligence in finding people's weaknesses, building technology, experimenting, and leading. Izuku Midoriya would go on to become the Verdant Emperor while his Verdant Guards follow his will. They always told him he couldn't be a hero but no one ever told him he couldn't be an Emperor! This is how Izuku Midoriya overthrows the natural order of the world and takes control through his intelligence and the loyalty of his men.

The only reason Midoriya got to talking with Ashido was because his bandages needed reapplying. Still, this small hand of fate was all that was needed to spark a friendship and a far closer bond between the two classmates.
