Kyotani loves dogs. So when he discovers Yahaba has one, he's more than happy to accept a bit surprising invitation from the second-year setter to come over to his house in exchange for some playtime with the dog. There's certain unspoken rules regarding roommates and boundaries between them. Semi knows them because his sister won't let him forget. Semi knows he's in the clear considering his roommate, Shirabu, and he aren't even friends. But then one Halloween party changes everything due to Tendou's meddling - because true to popular belief, Tendou Satori believes that rules are made to be broken. Semi starts to agree. Kei Tsukishima didn't expect much of his volleyball trip to Tokyo. In fact, he expected nothing of it. The team was going to be staying with the boys from Nekoma High for half a month - a sort of low-budget summer training camp. Tsuki could think of much better ways to spend his summer, but he didn't. It was summer. He wasn't supposed to be thinking at all. Of course, Tsuki might have been right about his expectation of the Tokyo trip. Tsuki was almost always right. But then again, he had been assigned to none other than Tetsurō Kuroo, the captain of the Nekoma High volleyball team, and so, of course, this time he was wrong. He was so wrong.

"I'd feel much better if you let me walk you home." Semi says, chuckling lowly. He says it rather jokingly, but he's still very much serious. Shirabu raises an eyebrow. "Are you implying I'm incapable of protecting myself?" Semi shakes his head. "On the contrary," He says. "I know you well enough to know you can pack a punch, but on this rainy night it seems between you and I, only I have an umbrella...although it's entirely up to you if you want to accept my services or not in the end." Or, Semi Eita a tattoo artist is forced to go to the flower shop next door to sketch some flowers every week (blame Ushijima) and every time he goes there he's greeted by some "uneven banged bastard" and ends up getting more than he bargained for.
