He's never predictable, and he always gets angry with out Douma trying to do anything to anger him, so how can Douma struggle to understand Akaza? Simple. Make him his Marionette. Summery: Douma finally meets Akaza again in a forest after eating a feast of women, manipulated by Akaza's ethereal beauty, he takes Akaza captive and engages in "loving" acts towards Akaza to show how much he loves and wants him. After months of Akaza being captive, Muzan sends all the upper moons to search for him, while Douma forces Akaza to marry him. After the ceremony, Douma grants Akaza his one wish, which is to go outside for an hour. While Douma is busy attending to cult duties, Akaza kills himself in that span of an hour to be free of Douma, his lifeless body then found by upper rank 6, Daki, who he and she had a brother sister relationship with.
