A slowburn fanfic, (like REALLY slow) to where two individuals, whom has always been confused with love, find themselves falling for each other. But the twist here is that one of their lives, is threatened to be taken away if failed to confess in due time. Will Zak survive this disease? Or shall he die with the heavy burden still in his heart? A usually loud, optimistic boy for one moment, a coughing, bloody mess, the next. The usual, Hanahaki disease. In which a person bearing an unrequited love coughs up flower petals until they die, or their feelings are reciprocated. This story takes place in June 2022. Skeppy and Badboyhalo finally meet up for Vidcon. Seeing each other in person, both start to realize they have something deeper than friendship.
