Beatrix LeBeau, a plucky, young rancher, has now been on the Far, Far Range for almost a month now. She has made many friends like Thora West, a slime ranching veteran, and Mochi Miles, a young girl with a rich father aspiring to have her own successful slime ranch. However, when Thora finds an old entrance to an abandoned mine, the peaceful life on the Far, Far Range takes a turn for the worse. Beatrix must find out what danger lies in this new sanctuary...
