Tartaglia challenges Scaramouche to a fight with a prize in mind. They both have an agreement which is if Scaramouche wins, Tartaglia leaves the Fatui so he doesnt have to deal with his annoying ass no more. But Tartaglia says that if he wins Scaramouche has to do just one thing for him..and the other can't refuse..
