Mikaela is Jeb's little sister and wasn't too big into chasing tornadoes especially when one killed their father when she was young. Jeb, on the other hand wanted to study tornadoes to prevent others from losing their lives like them. When he met Kate in college, everything was going right. They both were studying tornadoes and soon made friends with Praveen, Addy and Javi. Mikaela often hung out with them, eventually accepted the idea of chasing tornadoes and soon got close to Javi. Then the day that wrecked her entire world came, leaving just Kate, Javi and Mikaela alive. Mikaela hated Kate for dragging Jeb into the tornado and soon she cut off everyone except Javi but that connection soon dwindled. Five Years Later... Mikaela had graduated from college, studying weather patterns and tornadoes in honour of her brother. She dedicated her life to stopping them since it took away her only family left. Mikaela also fell in with the Tornado Wranglers, helping them with her vast knowledge of tornadoes. Soon she led them alongside Tyler Owens, her closest friend. Then one day, she met two people that she never thought she'd see again after that horrible day.
