After 'The End', Edd, Matt, and Tom moved into apartments. After a while, Edd and Matt got closer and shared an apartment to save more money. They won three lotteries, which gave them enough money (with extra) to buy a new house or to rebuild the old one. This all happened in five months, people who knew what happened to them would consider them very lucky. Though they thought that Tord died during the incident, they would think of him from time to time and they would be sad. Especially Tom, whenever he thought about the communist he would try his best to get him off his mind. Though, no matter what he did, he never succeeded. He felt horrible for killing him. Tom has been feeling pained after the incident with Tord and his giant robot. And, yes, this was pain of loss or hurt, but this was also because he had been experiencing symptoms of pancreatic cancer. This story is going to have chapters, quoting the song Cancer by My Chemical Romance. Like some TomTord fanfics, this takes place after The End. Tord comes to pay his apologies for what he did in the past. They forgive him, but Matt is keeping an eye on him. By that, he's making sure he won't try anything with Tom. Why should he care?
