Izuku didn't know how long he was held. All he knew was that the heroes weren't coming anytime soon, and that there's a little girl who was trapped with him. All he knew, was that he had to get her out. But ofcourse there's also the things he didn't know. Such as why Overhaul's studies on his DNA were important to progressing the villain's plans.
