Then he meets Keisuke, an eccentric, loud, violent kid...who also loves cats. The three become good friends, a cute little trio who adore cats more than anything and made it their mission to look after all the stray cats in and around their building. However, peace is lost when Keisuke introduces two of his other friends to the trio, Manjirou and Kazutora. Ken Ryuguji would never have expected to have any other family than the guy running the brothel his mother left him at or the women working there. However, two years ago, his supposed father dropped off another kid in the middle of the day, Ken just happened to be home at the time and was the one to find the baby. Now though, Ken wouldn't have it any other way, he wouldn't admit it aloud but loved having a baby brother. Takemichi Ryuguji has only known his older brother Ken or Dragon as he calls him as his family. Takemichi didn't understand much about where they lived or what was happening around him, but he knew his older brother cared more than anyone. Now that he is two, Takemichi stays at daycare while his brother does whatever he does during the day, though he hates it most days. He would rather be with Ken, than the mean kids at daycare. Takemichi also knows Ken has been leaving when he takes him after daycare nap, and he's unhappy about it. He wants to know where his brother is going and why he returned hurt. Takemichi also wants to meet the people in the pictures on his and Ken's wall.
