Russia is the assistant and son of the well known detective, USSR. He lives in a world full of abilities and powers, his own ability allows him to create animals made of ice. However, when his father is assigned to a case with a criminal that has drove various detectives and officers mad trying to catch him, USSR can not simply decline. This famous criminal is known by the name of USA, a man well known for killing serial killers and working in the black market. He is a feared figure across the whole world. But how has this man managed to avoid capture and escape it every time? Well, it has to do entirely with his own ability. USA possesses the ability to shapeshift into different forms, each with their own little perks and advantages.
