Achilles/Patroclus Greek Mythology The Song of Achilles [Picture Book] None of the pictures belong to me. 19 August 2020-19 March 2021 Please don't read this (Seriously this is so bad)

Patroclus and Achilles have to join forces with the demigods in order to find their way home when they awaken at the edges of camp half-blood. The Trojan War is still fresh in the minds, despite not knowing how they came to be at the camp. Trust will be tested when a certain god shows up to aid them. It is only through working together that they will be able to return home. Some things will be different, for instance, Percy has never met Achilles. Almost everything, except the plot, belongs to Rick Riordan and Madeline Miller. There are spoilers for the entire Percy Jackson series and Song of Achilles. Canva was used to make the cover.

Achilles, "the best of all the Greeks," son of the cruel sea goddess Thetis and the legendary king Peleus, is strong, swift, and beautiful, irresistible to all who meet him. Patroclus is an awkward young prince, exiled from his homeland after an act of shocking violence.

After finishing the song of Achilles, I decided to write this headcanon so I could move on with my life. In hopes that my heart would finally mend after Madeline tore it from my chest.(T_T) I just felt that I needed a short story where we get to see Achilles and Patroclus reunited and happy in their afterlife. It was quite a cathartic process and the end result is this. I hope it gives you as much relief reading it as it gave me writing it. Enjoy :) Setting: After Thetis etches Patroclus' name on Achilles' tomb, his soul is finally unbound from the earth. Patroclus is free to reunite with his lover, friend, companion and protector, Achilles. P.S My heart is still broken, but less so after writing this.
