This is the sequel to the story: "The Best Knight?" so if you haven't read that book, I would read it first since the plot is crucial. Since Hyrule's best knight (Y/N) (L/N), suddenly disappeared, Link has been chosen as the replacement. Hyrule still remains the same, but now a new darkness unknown to its inhabitants will arise, bringing back Hyrule's previous best.

"The title of Best Knight will be mine and I will do anything and everything to take it back." -Link "You don't deserve that title. Not after everything you've done." -Princess Zelda "A title means nothing if you have no one to share it with." -(Y/N) (L/N) (Y/N) is a cold-natured girl who somehow has landed herself in Hyrule and is labeled as the Best Knight in all Hyrule Kingdom. But when a not-so-humble and very arrogant newcomer attempts to take that spotlight, new problems arise and (Y/N) must do things to prevent them from bringing much more chaos.

Link and (Y/n) have always been the closes of friends, as most would say, there were inseparable. But after Link mysteriously reapers after being gone for seven years, there friendship is on the edge. Now Link won't only have to save Hyrule from the evil Ganondorf but he will also have to earn back the trust of his friend, (Y/n).
