(This is a late 2022/ early2023 project. I was not mentally stable while writing this, but decided to re-upload it as history- 19.03.2024) It was maths class. Every seat was full except mine. I knew nobody would sit next to me. All of a sudden the door opened. It was Steve. "You're late, Steve" The teacher said. Steve rolled his eyes. He looked around and once again we locked eye contact. He scoffed and sat down. I was suprised, no one ever sat next to me. "Hi" he said taking out his book. I checked to see he wasn't talking to anyone else. "..Hi?' I said, sounding much more awkward than intended. He smiled quickly and started writing. I was confused, why would he talk to me. After maths class i got up my courage. "Why did you sit next to me.?" I asked confused. "There was nowhere else to sit" He said putting his maths book back. "Right" I said. "Can we be friends" I asked without thinking. I instantly, regretted it. He looked at me. "What?" He chuckled. "Uhm, nothing" I said getting up and walking away, completely embarrased. Story gets better as you read more into it (not trying to gaslight you to read it but it does) NSFW!

"Hey," Eddie said, a little upset. He was too dazed in the moment to recognize the person sitting next to him. "Steve," he mumbled when his eyes were able to focus, looking at Steve with a softened look, surprise written on his face. "Hey, Eddie," Steve said, smiling widely. He closed the book that he had been reading, leaning forward in his chair. "You're reading?" The metalhead asked, looking over at the copy of The Fellowship of the Ring that was in Steve's hands. "Oh, yeah..," Steve said, his face warm and red. "I was reading to you, actually." Eddie smiled, his teeth showing as he laid back down. "Well, don't let me stop you." - After the events of the Upside Down, Eddie falls into a comatose state. Steve, desperate to not leave him alone in the hospital, visits him every day. The more time that Steve spends at Eddie's bedside, the more attracted he feels to him. He's practically memorized the man's face. He was truly lost in admiration.
