The Marauders plan a classical prank on the Slytherins which leads to James figuring out his feelings for Sirius's younger brother Reggie.

James is finally done sulking and starts moving on. Maybe this is his chance to finally make a move on a certain slytherin he catches himself staring at every breakfast. But he didn't realise that there was more to it. Moody, traumatised and closed off from everyone, Regulus wants to change for the loud, obnoxious and slightly immature gryfindor. After his brother left to the, Regulus black's luck became the worst possible. After Sirius had yelled at him for attempting to mend their friendship and being bullied by some older Slytherin he ran into the Astronomy tower in tears only to be confronted by the worst person possible.
