Kai, a 20 year old musician is pushed to the brink of his existence through a series of unfortunate events. He happens upon a mysterious man one night with whom holds an interest in his talent and an old fashioned charm to him, the likes of which almost don't seem entirely human. (Companion story to 'Mad World' by the same author, retold from Kai's point of view. It is strongly advised to read Mad World before embarking on this story.)

Soobin, a 200 year old vampire struggles to come to terms with what to do with Kai, a young pianist he finds one evening. Too angelic. Too pure. Too beautiful for this life or the next. But what if.. he could create something even more beautiful? Will Soobin's conscious let him go through with the dark deed?
