Hank Voight was a notorious name is Chicago. He was known for many things. He was known to have a son but he also had a daughter. He wasn't her biological father though. She was dropped off on his doorstep while she slept in the middle of the night with a sticky note attached to her blanket that had one work on it. A name actually. Kelly.
