He's always lived his life to the fullest and partying plays a very huge roll in his social life. So does getting any woman he wants. He's as big as a player as he is the life of the party. His life from the outside could be described as perfect and care free. That is far from the truth. Xander is a closed book, allowing almost no one to see the deeper parts of his life. Xander will soon realize that sometimes you might have to let in one person to see all the ugly in your life. The unexpected part of it? It will be the fiery raven-haired girl who he absolutely enjoys pissing off. Initial attraction? It's there. Wanting to rip each other's heads off anytime the other speaks? That's there too. Lucy Collins has loved Parker Keller for as long as she can remember. Her best friend since childhood, her partner in crime, her almost-until he wasn't. One moment, he was hers in every way that mattered, and the next, he was gone. Cold. Distant. The boy who once knew all her secrets became a stranger overnight, leaving her with nothing but unanswered questions and a heart that refused to let go. Now, senior year is slipping through her fingers, and Parker is still the same reckless, untouchable heartbreaker he became after he cut her off. But old habits are hard to break, and despite everything, their lives keep colliding-through stolen glances across their bedroom windows, lingering touches that shouldn't mean anything, and memories neither of them can outrun. Then there's Jeremiah Hayes. Steady. Uncomplicated. A new presence in Lucy's life when she least expects it. He doesn't push, doesn't demand. He just listens. And for the first time in a long time, Lucy wonders if maybe-just maybe-there's another path forward. But love isn't simple. And moving on is never as easy as it sounds. Characters are 18+

Sierra Lancaster has had an agonizingly mediocre life. She grew up in a happy home, made loyal friends, graduated college, and is now pursuing her dream of running her own bakery. Boring, right? A story like this wouldn't be one for the books. At least not until you bring a hot neighbour into the mix. A tall, brooding, shredded (like, wash your clothes on those abs shredded), and wildly successful sports agent. Interested yet? It gets better. Said neighbour isn't just a rando, but Sierra's childhood nemesis that made her formerly chubby days a living hell. Now we're talking, aren't we? Holden Rey has always been the golden boy. Holden...golden...you following? You'd think the bitchy universe would do its job and throw some karma his way but to no avail. Not only has he got it all, but he knows it too. He also still has it out for Sierra and resumes being a jack-ass of epic proportions (and his ass ain't his only epic proportion) as soon as he realizes who the new girl next door is. It's the same old story with these two except this time, there's unwilling attraction and sexual tension underneath all the hate. Is it just lust or does the bitchy universe actually have a plan? So maybe this story is one for the books after all. *A hilarious, enemies-to-lovers, romantic standalone. Rated 18+ due to mature content. All rights reserved to TheFeveredBookaholic.*

"I waited ages just so I could meet you again." 𖤓☽ ˚。𖦹 ⋆。°✩ Hands gripped my hips, and I was tugged back against a solid chest. His arm came around my waist, and his palm landed on my hip. In one swift motion, he had me secured against him. Every inch of my skin that was flushed against him heated. Even through the thin fabric of my dress and his blazer. Turning my head to look up at his face, I didn't care that my lips had parted and that my eyes probably looked hazy and a little clouded. Keeping our gazes locked, my arms lifted of their own accord, my hands linking behind his neck. Without really knowing how, my hips started moving. And we were dancing. The memory of us dancing when we were children crossed my mind. How ironic it was that we'd found ourselves in the same situation after twenty years and now that we seemed like completely different people.
