Radioactive decay (also known as nuclear decay or radioactivity) is the process by which the nucleus of an unstable atom loses energy by emitting radiation, including alpha particles, beta particles, gamma rays, and conversion electrons. A material that spontaneously emits such radiation is considered radioactive. Radioactive decay is a stochastic (i.e. random) process at the level of single atoms, in that, according to quantum theory, it is impossible to predict when a particular atom will decay,[1][2][3][4] regardless of how long the atom has existed. For a collection of atoms however, the collecutron-rich nuclei, formed as the product of other types of decay, occasionally lose energy by way of neutron emission, resulting in a change from one isotope to another of the same element.. The nucleus may capture an orbiting electron, causing a proton to convert into a neutron in a process called electron capture. All of these processes result in a well-defined nuclear transmutation. By contrast, there are radioactive decay processes that do not result in a nuclear transmutation. The energ are the products of decay chains that began with the primordial nuclides, or are the product of ongoing cosmogenic processes, such as the production of carbon-14 from nitrogen-14 by cosmic rays. Radionuclides may also be produced artificially in particle accelerators or nuclear reactors, resulting in 650 of these with half-lives of over an hour, and several thousand more with even shorter half-lives. See this list of nuclides for a list of these, sorted by half life.

"Have you ever wondered if there are other human-like creatures living among us? What sets them apart from us? Are they more advanced? Stronger? Faster? Smarter? But the real question we should all be asking ourselves is this; Are they dangerous?" I would suggest this book to 12-year-olds and up due to the contents. There is no inappropriate content in this story, but I feel this is what they would like. This passage beautifully encapsulates the essence of scientific exploration and human curiosity. It emphasizes how science unravels the mysteries of the universe, from the brilliance of figures like Albert Einstein guiding our way to the elegant equations that reveal the cosmos. It also touches upon the idea of love transcending time and space, possibly alluding to the interconnectedness of all things in the universe, as suggested by quantum entanglement. The poem celebrates the unity of humanity in its quest for knowledge, and it highlights the importance of humility and the boundless nature of the human mind in our continuous pursuit of understanding, from the smallest particles to the vast galaxies. Ultimately, it suggests that there are no limits to what we can explore and discover when our collective human spirit is aligned in this timeless quest for knowledge.

Quantum Entanglement is when two separate particles bond so strongly, that one affects the other. Even when thousands of miles away. Humans like you and I, are also made of these sub-atomic particles. This entanglement does not discriminate. Rich or poor, truth teller or liar, law abiding or anarchist, hunter or prey, murderers or the murdered. It's through our ability to connect in a myriad of ways that makes each and every one of us, fundamentally human. What that means, is up to interpretation.

It seems that we may be entering into a new understanding of quantum physics, given recent thoughts that wormholes through quantum entanglement(multiple particles linked together in a way such that the measurement of one particle's quantum state determines the possible quantum states of the other particles). Let 's see how. Before u start I d like to thank a special friend of mine who introduced me to wattpad and encouraging me to read books.

These are my thoughts on some philosophical issues that are pertinent to Science Fiction in particular and many other genres as well. This is not a rant. There are some really fine rant authors out there on Wattpad. The ones I like are: @mrcharizard15. His 'The Book of Random Stuff' and 'A Teenager's Rants' are especially interesting and very current. Another excellent writer in this genre is awesomesauce82. His 'Rants 'n stuff is worth checking out, as are many of his stories: Game Over, Smile for me, and 'Herobrine: Takeover' to name a few are really good reads of his.

This is the third book in the series that included 'The Theory of Nothing' the "The Universe Revealed.' My purpose in this new book is to more fully explain how science is actually done and how science fits into our culture along with religion and philosophy.

This is a work of Apologetics which seeks to synthesize some of the gaps perceived to exist between the realms of Science & Religion, namely that of Judeo-Christianity. Each comparable 'constant' states a brief but profound parallel in regards to specific scientific properties of our world with the truths, both physical & metaphysical, revealed throughout Scripture. https://www.lulu.com/shop/valerie-stephens/the-constants-of-metaphysics-an-exercise-in-apologetics/paperback/product-g76j65.html?page=1&pageSize=4
