Ruis parents always pressured him into being perfect: limiting his food, forcing him to study no matter the time and always comparing him to his brothers ( yes rui has 2 brothers In my au). Because of his parents he's always been scared of what other people think of him, his only friends growing up were Nene, Mizuki, Tsukasa and Emu.
