After Skye is shot by Quinn, Fury forces Skye to take nine months off before she goes on another mission. Only, there's a twist. Her nine month break has to be taken at the Academy where she will Ben forced to attend classes. Lucky for her, two certain Avengers are there to keep her sane... and help get her in to trouble. Basically Skye + Natasha and Clint at the Academy with hints of Skyeward.

The gun wound wasn't the only thing the GH-325 healed on Skye. The reason as to why she joined S.H.I.E.L.D wasn't the only thing she had been keeping quiet about. But when things finally look good, something has to happen. At least she has proper help this time around.

When Coulson informs them that their next O-8-4 mission is going to be along side another secret organisation, Skye knows her life is in danger. Even if she might have lost the trust of the 616 team, she always knew she was safe within the walls of the BUS, she knew the group well enough to know they wouldn't hurt her. The organisation they are about to work alongside with, she knows fully well what they would do to her and the means they would use to get out the information she is keeping. Is she going to be able to keep the biggest secrets of her life from S.H.I.E.L.D or is she really doomed to fail and have her life turn into a new nightmare. The one thing she is sure about is that she will do anything to keep that place a secret, if it so cost her other secrets to see the light of day.

Takes place around the 6 months later time of the Season 3 finale. Daisy is on the run and doesn't want to go back to S.H.I.E.L.D because it reminds her of Lincoln and Ward.
