Gallio was deemed a hero in the nation he was the second most important man next to President Howell. Then In 2090, everything changed. On July 10th 2090 at 5:45 PM, a mysterious power surge caused all 50 reactors to blow, causing America to fall into an atomic wasteland. The rest of the world watched in awe as America fell, once a magnificent nation, now a nearly uninhabitable wasteland. The year is now 3090, 100 years after the Reactors Blew. The country will never be the same but people have managed to rebuild civilization. But In a land with little to no justice system, crime is at an all time high, and the justice system can be described in 3 words "Money or Bullets".
