Hermione felt the pounding in her ears again. She would see him for the first time since the Great Hall, gaunt and stricken at the Slytherin table with his mother clutching his arm. She hadn't meant to look for him. Not in the corridors, not beneath the white sheets of the fallen, not on the way to the Chamber of Secrets with Ron, but she was a stupid girl.

Some people promise to change even when things look like they will turn out bad. Draco Malfoy promised himself during the Wizarding War that if everything turned out well, he would change. She still keeps that promise even after the Wizarding War. She would always give people a new chance to start over, she would believe in those who want to change, and she would help people that needed help to change. It is quite amazing that both of them have made these promises. To Hermione, it will be the happiness and content in helping someone. To Draco, its always her that makes him happy and content. Soon she will learn that he is for her as well.

Hermione is back as Head Girl for her 7th year, but she is back without Ron. So when she is forced to room with Head Boy, Draco Malfoy, the hormones are flying. They are supposed to be enemies, but as a new Draco emerges, it gets harder and harder to remember that. Will she fight their growing attraction or give in to it, body and soul, risking everything she holds dear?
