A medical examiner and his autopsy assistant embark on a mission to reveal the brutish killer of Jimmy, a med school student who worked as a janitor, and on occasion helped with the autopsies; but when things begin to not add up right and more bodies are found, they began to wonder if they've stumbled upon something much more horrifying than an average killer.

The only person Diana can trust is herself, and if she fails, her eyes won't give her another nine lives.
