There were the gifted. The thoughtful. The kind. And the brave. But around the dark corners, in the alleys no cat dared to pass, there were the merciless. And their name was Dreadclan. Amber, while young, has forgotten her entire life. All she can remember from before was the heat of the fire on her skin, the smell of burning flesh, crackling leaves, the screeches of pain from cats around her. And most importantly, the one detail that scared her to her bone: the daunting, sickening yellow eyes of a mysterious cat she calls Nightmare. Follow the brave she-cat as she ventures through the city, experiencing a new life than to what she had forgotten. With her friends by her side, she believes that anything is possible. However, the yellow eyes haunt her, and the even more dangerous threat that is Dreadclan watches her from the shadows. And soon, they would unleash their claws, and destroy everything around her.

Echoes of a prophecy run through three cats' heads. They can't escape- and when confronted by the spirit kingdom at last after an eventful journey, they may be faced with the truth about the Brook Kingdom.. But how will the kingdom react when they discover everything they know just adds up to an even bigger lie? Is it all just smoke and mirrors? Note: this is not the edited and cleaned-up version of this story. after i get all the chapters and parts finished, i'm going to go back and edit everything, so right now, things are cloudy and there are plot holes. but trust me, i'm going to fix it up later. THIS STORY and the characters in it belong to me, but the IDEA of warriors belongs to the Erin Hunter team. publication date: 12/31/17

Prophecies are works about journeys and saving clans via StarClan's designated cats. StarClan can't predict everything though, right? Sparkfur is hated by much of her clan. She's much more intelligent than any other cat, she's sassy, and an annoyance. They have half a mind to kick her out, but at the same time, they would never put the deputy's sister in the dangers of being a loner. That's the difference about DrizzleClan and its fellow bordering clans: the rogues are savages that will murder any lone cat in cold blood if they don't join up with the growing Rogue band. So no blunt prophecy from the heavens, but we do have Sparkfur and her tense-relationship with her brother Berryfoot to stop the massacres. Or at least attempt to. // Contains darker themes (such as death, gore, etc.) and may cause one heartbreak. Includes art for most chapters by me. // Sequel to Unmasked and Unmarked "Where is your courage, your strength? Where are your loyalties? Because mine are right here, with the Clan, and I would die fighting for it if necessary." Shademask remembers DarkClan all too well and is still tormented by the things he did under Dawnstar's reign. Though well-respected in the newly formed RockClan, he doubts his own worth and loyalty as a warrior - especially when the dead come to haunt him. Skypaw knows of DarkClan only as an outsider, once a kittypet and now part of the reborn Clans. Her new life in SeaClan is exciting but dangerous, and the comforts of her old home prick at her memory. There are some who would want her back, leading her astray from her new allegiance. Rosekit does not know of DarkClan at all, or the father who refuses to claim her as his own. Constantly overshadowed by her sister, she is not sure where her place in MoorClan is, or if there simply isn't one for her. Promises of safety and belonging may prove hard to reject if offered. Though DarkClan has ceased to exist, its remnants continue to float beneath the surface, threatening to break the bonds being forged. There is a thin line between the darkness and the light, and the making of a new life and stirring up the ashes of the old.

Being able to manipulate elements is common among the clan cats. ThunderClan have many heavy-defensive earth and poison type cats, RiverClan cats are often the enviable water manipulators, ShadowClan are sharp offensive fire types, and WindClan swift air manipulators. The Clans prospered with tense peacefulness, and they grew in great number, several new rare manipulation types even popped up, like ice and wood. Then it happened. ThunderClan attacked. With the realization that RiverClan, the largest of the Clans, held the advantage of water being stronger than their earth and poison, they slaughtered over half of RiverClan in a night relentless battle. Smokepaw was known as the RiverClan prodigy, greatly skilled in fighting with her water abilities. Now she's known as just another one of the RiverClan survivors staying in ShadowClan. Smokepaw isn't dumb though. She knows ThunderClan wants her dead. Whether or not she goes down with a fight, she isn't actually sure. // warning: contains graphic description of violence, blood, wounds, and gore; dark themes; graphic death. lgbtq+ characters and relationships very prominent updates, for the most part, once a week. see my s/mb for news on how it's coming along. start: sep 3, 2017 finish:

Several generations after the war between StarClan and the Place of No Stars, a new prophecy arises that devastation will come and divide the Clans forever, but Whisperleaf is worried that the prophecy will divide StarClan again as well. No one seems to have any idea what the prophecy means: their only clues are visions of death and fire, while one cat is haunted by dreams of battles taking place far away.

Many, many moons after Firestar lost his ninth life saving the forest, his legacy now lives on in the stories elders share with bored apprentices and kits. The Clans haven't been disrupted for seasons, and the cats within them are calm and settled. But, StarClan has gone silent, and many have begun to doubt their ancestors' true power despite the old tales. RiverClan is straying further and further from them each day, and from the warrior code as well. With their ancestors growing quieter and quieter, and with the Clans facing struggles in their own homes, their future seems dark and unseen - after all, everything must come to an end.
