I felt my breath catch in my throat as the mists finally released the figure from its clutches, a tall toned hedgehog wearing a long deep maroon velvet waistcoat with decorative gold trimming, walked into view. His silk black lace-up shirt contrasted against his soft white chest fur that peeked out the top of the v-neck. Underneath his clothes I could tell his fur was black as coal and yet, red stripes seemed to break up the darkness, highlighting his features. "Captain," called a black and white tiger-ess leaning against the starbout side. "Report" "We're going to feast tonight Captain, got some nice grub, teas, spices and a few silks," she said licking her lips "and the Captain's quarters has got some lovely furniture " The Captian grunted in acknowledgement before turning away from us. During their time on "the outside world", shadow and sonic find each other less annoying and might even say that they are non-rivals, maybe friends, or maybe something else that they can't quite understand?
