Zoro Roronoa is a retired black-ops agent suffering from PTSD; after moving to a small town and getting married in hopes of leaving that life behind him, a chance meeting with a smarmy, blond paramedic changes all of that. Thus ensues a summer of tempestuous desires, heart-wrenching decisions, and unforeseen espionage.

When Sanji witnesses Zoro kissing a strange man, the Straw Hat cook is forced to come to terms with his feelings after the fact. Why does he even care what that stupid marimo-swordsman does? More importantly, why can't he stop thinking about being in that man's place?

A random scenario I had in my head so I decided to write it :')

After the tumultuous events of Whole Cake Island, Sanji finally gathers the courage and decides that as soon as they reach Wano, he'll confess to Zoro. But when he steps into the land of Wano, the first thing he sees is Zoro with Hiyori. As Sanji moves closer, he watches Hiyori place her hand on Zoro's shoulder and sees the kind of smile on Zoro's face that he's never given anyone else. All the words Sanji had rehearsed for months die in his throat. He doesn't move forward. He doesn't step back. He just stands there, watching, as his heart breaks into pieces. He tries to forget this one-sided love as if it had never come to him... Even if every time he looks at Zoro afterward, the old wound reopens.
