Random AU's for the Ineffable Husbands that either come out of my mind or got inspired by other AU's in the community (if that is the case, I'll specify from where and who the original AU came from). Chapter lengths may vary from very short to very long, I don't plan on giving myself a minimum or maximum word count for this. Even if one goes on for very long and probably should be broken up into several parts, I'll refrain from doing so, to keep it as a literal one-shot. So this should be fun. (Book says "Completed", but that will only be official when the line below says "Word Count" and not "Current Word Count". If it still has "Current", that means there's still more AU ideas I haven't gotten to, but will someday. Aziraphale starts lusting after Crowley

Good Omens. Crowley and Aziraphale pose as husbands for a house party, because Aziraphale is bad at saying no (to anyone but Crowley and anyone trying to buy books). Crowley thinks this is a good chance to prove himself the perfect potential demon husband to a fussy angel. But things get complicated fast. Really complicated. A lot of pining, a lot of shopping and restaurants and party games, some near misses, but no sex until chapter 24 (and all of 25).

I forgive you. Aziraphale watched as Crowley walked out the door. He'd seen the demon walk out of the bookshop a million times, always knowing that he'd walk right back in the same door tomorrow. This time, the door closed with a stifling sense of irrevocability. This time, Crowley wasn't just walking out of his bookshop. This time, Crowley was walking out of his life. I forgive you. Foolish. Stupid. Cruel. Those hadn't been the words sitting at the tip of his tongue. Far from it. But it didn't matter. Those had been the words he spoke, and he couldn't take them back now. ~oOo~ Or, the one where Aziraphale realises he needs to ask Crowley's forgiveness this time. Meanwhile, Crowley is just trying to make the Bentley stop playing Taylor Swift.

Once again, there are specific prompts for every day, this time the focus is AU's. Each one of these will be a stand-alone, short story, unlike the last time I did this event, where I turned it into one storyline with multiple chapters. The event takes place from September 20th to September 27th 2020. Note: Days 1, 2, 5 & 6 are ineffable husbands one-shots. Days 3, 4, 7 & 8 are ineffable wives one-shots. Crowley finds himself stuck in prison in Venice after a the beginning of a job gone wrong. He had expected to go through the trial process, be convicted, and perform some sort of miraculous escape that would leave the locals telling stories for the next few decades. What he had not expected however, was Aziraphale to get him out of the dungeon with a rather odd request: join him at the palace of Duke Enrico Dandolo of the Republic of Venice. Well, what sort of demon would he be to refuse a temptation like that?

As the title states, this book will be used for prompts for the ineffable husbands week. They will most likely not be in date, but I will make the effort to have something for each prompt. I doubt each chapter will be very long but they will all have a minimum of 1,000 words. (This is the SFW variant of the challenge/activity because I cannot write smut to save my life, therefore the NSFW version would be a waste on my page) Word Count: 25,970
