Hermione is experimenting with making potions. Harry is her test subject, it's totally safe he takes an Antidote right after. But he breaks the last antidote, leaving him under the effects of a truth potion for a few weeks. Draco finds out, who of course has to take advantage of the situation.

Four years after the Battle of Hogwarts, Draco Malfoy turns up on Harry's doorstep.
