After Ike shamelessly admits his crush on Firkle to his friends, he regrets it. They tease him for his schoolyard shenanigans, but quickly decide what's best for him. Which is forming Operation: Fike, an ordeal used to meddle and mess with both Ike and Firkle in order to get them together.

All I'm saying is that Pip died already, heaven and hell are literally next to eachother and tied up to be next to each other for eternity, and South Park got nuked by North Korea. You'll see the rest in the story.
