Scar's stressed about the Turf War, and Grian even more so. An unlikely admiration blossoms when the two leaders realise how similar they really are. The Turf War keeps them separate, but their love for each other brings them together. This is only a first draft (and my first fanfiction) so I will possibly be working things out to edit this story to its full potential. Grian is a boy from the village of Boatem who's dream is to become the greatest builder in all the land. The only thing that is holding him back is his toxic steplayers who adopted him after his parents fell ill. Then one day, a messanger comes into town saying that Prince Scar will be holding a building competion to find a new right-hand builder. Grian see's this as his once-in-a-lifetime oppertunity to prove himself to all of the kingdom.

Fifteen years ago Hybrids were given rights. Now a danger has overtaken the city. An illness turning random citizens into villains and killing them once they have carried out their deeds. Someone needs to stop the unidentified villain before the city is torn to ruins. Enter Grian, an English teacher working at a local high school who has to be a superhero the moment the city is in trouble. All he wanted was to live a normal life and possibly date his coworker. Cue, Scar an art teacher with a heart of gold and a reckless side who enjoys fighting crime with his partner Cute-Guy. After all, Scar was never one to live a normal life.
