Stele is a wolf Faunus that has been kept in a container for a month now, due to his past aggressions at Atlas. When he was able to get free, it was not to the best of circumstances for him. He now has to survive Beacon, while constantly having to keep his anger under control or risk being sent back to where he came from. This will prove hard for him as he has to get along with other students, especially a Schnee.

One day, Ozpin sent him off on a mission to collect something that he wasn't told of. When he does, it was all a trap by an unknown group. As he's kidnapped, he finds something very old and he becomes someone else completely; an Assassin. He'll soon understand the world more and the words that he always heard but never understood will finally make sense: "Where other men blindly follow the truth, Remember, nothing is true.
