They return to the Tribe of Darkness, and after overthrowing Blumiere's father, instate a new order for a brand new version of the Tribe of Darkness. Sometime later, Blumiere and Timpani host a Christmas Masquerade Gala to introduce themselves as the new Count and Countess to the Tribe in an attempt to correct the backward view of mingling with those from outside the Tribe. Mr.L, the newest member of Blumiere's little "clique", attends the gala with his cohorts and is tasked with keeping the crowd civil. However, the man in green is taken from his post when a party-goer pulls him aside for a dance.
