She reunites with her only friend Rue and the two teenager struggle to find their place in the world. Jade then meets tall, handsome and very popular Cole Anderson and his siblings who run this town along with Nate Jacobs. The two find a connection to one another but is that enough for them to survive this world? Follow this group of high school students through their experiences of sex, drugs, friendships, love, identity, and trauma.
